Whether the client brings a raw material sample, a refined process, or merely a finished product specification, our team of innovative R&D chemists establishes the process chemistry through lab experimentation and validation. This due diligence on our part provides the basis for project feasibility and basic process economics. Once the science behind a client’s product has been established, the R&D team works with our analytical department to validate analytical procedures and ensure that accurate reporting, analyses, and critical mass balances are verified prior to plant scale-up. After the process parameters are verified, R&D works closely with the engineering and production departments to design a commercial process in the production equipment that can be operated economically and to the customer’s specifications.
